Kindred Return Policy
- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 21 days of order date for all US orders.
- Merchandise must be unworn and & free of any damages
- Merchandise must have all tags (if applicable) including any Vendor hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Hair accessories, undergarments, intimates, bralettes, belts, jewelry and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.
- Items worn are void of all returns/refunds and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair will also be rejected
- All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization form, and can be printed out below.
- We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
- Damaged items must be reported to us via EMAIL within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item free of charge if the item is available, but item must be in original condition sent. Should we not be able to replace it, you will be refunded for the item.
- You must complete and include a Return Authorization form, and ship merchandise back within 21 days from order date to receive a full refund on item.
- Please follow the instructions on the Return Authorization form included in your package.
You must return your items to the address below within 21 days from the day you received your package.
- Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 21 business days after we receive your return, please check tracking information for delivery of your return package as we will only email you once your refund/credit has been completed.
- Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
- Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used at time of sale (credit card, debit card)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be made on returns accepted after the 21-day mark.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.kindredboutiqueoc.com and will be issued in the form of a GIFTCARD via email.
- Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
- Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.

*Please note any orders sent with FREE SHIPPING and 50% or more of the order is returned will be subject to the original shipping fee deducted from the total amount of the refund if you choose to have your order refunded. If you select store credit, you will not be deducted the original free shipping fee and will receive the refund for the entire amount.
